1. Shipping Overview We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our 12040 Race Track Road,Tampa Florida 33626 location.

2. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

• Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM EST

• Handling Time: 1-3 Business Days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Transit Times & Shipping Costs We offer the following shipping options within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.

• Shipping Cost: Calculated by weight at checkout

Note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the continental US. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
